CAN-AM LEAGUE 3, CENTRAL LEAGUE 2@ Brockton, MA. Time: 2:12 ATT: 4649W:Aaron Myers(New Jersey) L:Shawn Morgan(Coastal Bend) S: Joey Cole(Brockton) HR: Fort Worth – Carlos AdolfoAfter an three hour rain/power outage delay, and being shortened to seven innings, the Can-Am vs. Central League All-Star game started in fine fashion, when Fort Worth outfielder Carlos Adolfo blasted a two-run shot in the top of the first. The Central League could not keep the lead and allowed the Can-Am League to score three runs in the bottom of the fourth. Quebec outfielder Geofrey Tomlinson scored on a dropped third strike to cut the Central League’s lead in half. New Haven outfielder Derrick Gibson’s RBI single to right field tied the game at two and the Grays’ Francisco Lebron, who replaced North Shore starter Travis Oglesby, had an RBI walk, that drove in the winning run. Pitching prowess was displayed the rest of the game as neither side allowed another run to score.
