Notes:
-Based on John Leahy's writeup on the Spirit website, it looks like the last play was a result of Torres's poor throw, not Cordova being spiked by Creighton. So that means that Torres really bottled that one all around, because I thought his first priority should have been to hold the runner at third base, not to try for a difficult double play.
-No info was given about Cordova's status, so we'll see if he plays tonight. Also, we'll see if the Spirit took exception to Cordova getting spiked.
-This game is the scheduled return of Joe Pescucci behind home plate (he did some emergency home plate duty the other day).
-This is also the first game in which Rich Garces is available to pitch out of the 'pen
