MAYBE WE CAN REALLY SAVE THE SPIRIT! I'm so excited. When I got home I had an email from Carl Stevens at WBZ Radio He wants to talk to me on the radio about saving the North Shore Spirit and my petitions! YEAH!!! I have almost 100 signatures! I'm going to be in the Daily item tomorrow too because I talked to them after WBZ emailed me.

You can see me in the item tomorrow at www.itemlive.com

wow.......what you're doing is very impressive.

I'll try to get your petition passed around a bit more......and we can also tell fans at the game about it and maybe even get some signatures at the game.

GOOD LUCK AND GODSPEED! ^_^

Anyway to pick up the petition to take to nashua?.
We could get signatures at the game there too.

go to her blog and look for the post that includes a printable verison.....i think it's the one where she first talks about a petition.

And I'm sure we'd get signatures up there. We have one guarenteed (Spike) and those people seem friendly, for the most part, and appreciate baseball =]

but its wrong Trezza has been there 3 yrs not 2. They left out the important part about kids in Lynn will have nothing fun to do in the summer and how sad we all are because we love the spirit

Bring it on! Pride fans want the Spirit to survive (though remember, we have a similar drama going on locally)! The local rivalry is great, and being able to follow your team to Brockton and Worcester just makes it better.
Pride fans remember the Atlantic League, when the nearest rival was Bridgeport.

This Robin person from women's baseball is, incidentally, our General Manager and your former assistant GM--so she knows the Spirit well and likewise wants it to survive.

Now, folks: You know the way, admission is ONE DOLLAR today and tomorrow according to the Telegraph, off-street parking is free, I'm told the fried dough is world-class, and there's a chance you can make more noise than we do! a small chance.
