We had the first full staff meeting at Fraser Field. All the fun stuff is underway: contacting media outlets, getting the name out there, getting the mascot out there, doing ads and promotions.
What I can tell you is that the Navs have put together a committed and talented staff, the park looks great, and everyone is excited for the season to start.
I'll fill you in on more details when I get the chance.

I just had a couple of thoughts....
Have we fixed the infield grass yet? the last time i was there we still had the Spirit stuff on it.
ALSO,do we know if there will be padding on the outfield wall or not?
I am so excited. I can't believe it. The Boston Red Sox just called. I am one of the finalists in the Boston Red Sox Kid Nation Captains Contest! really! They called me. it said Rd Sox on the caller ID. At first I couldn't say anything. I just jumped up and down. Then I screamed so loud my Grandma said she's almost deaf I can't believe it. Somebody pinch me. AND THE RED SOX won.
Yesterday I went to the Celtics Game 7 with some people from the YMCA. It was fun being with my friends. I'm glad the Celtics won but I'm even happier the Red Sox won & I'm so EXCITED about the Kids Nation. Everyone PLEASE vote for me. I would be a good captain. I have to go to bed now because it's past my bedtime & I'll be up late tomorrow because it's my play. I'm Lucy in "You're A Good Man Charlie Brown."

I am so excited for this. Although I will miss the first game, I am determined to be there for the Sunday night game June 8th. Dam! :) I wish they would pick up the phone though, at the box office. lol :) Are tickets 5 bucks as seat and is it General Admission or specific seats, like the Spirit?
Hey, I read that Drage was released from Brockton, I was bummed to see that. B.J. is on the Inactive list in N.J., I guess.

Does anyone know how fat the ballpark in Worcester is from the commuter rail station? Does anyone want to take a the commuter rail in this weekend for a game or is anyone driving in we could catch a ride with?
