Sussex continued its masterful rebuilding plan today, releasing old friend Marcos Agramonte and stifftacular OF Josh Ury. I hope Marcos lands with another team, maybe the Grays.
Ya' think Marcos may be set to retire?. He may have had something to offer a team like Sussex, or maybe now the Gray's, but his best is surely behind him. Nice Young Man and a class act. I don't remember ever hearing anything negative about him ( outside the lines )
The problem with Marcos now is his status as a Veteran -- in other words, does he produce enough offense to justify that slot? Unfortunately, it would appear that the answer to that question is "No." Maybe he'll end up in the South Coast League if can get off the ground this year.
If he decides to come back,I hope it's still in this league so we can see him and say hi and stuff....if he decides to retire then thanks for the memories man.
