PLEASE spread the word. We'd like everyone who can to come and wear Spirit gear if you have it. It may not make a differnce and save the team but at least we can let Chip know how we feel about our North Shore Spirit and to let Nick Lopardo know how much the Spirit means to us . Please come. I'm hoping TV and newspapers will be there too.

She has a goood point......at this point it will probably not make a difference,but anyone that can go should go and show how much the Spirit meant to us and the city. The more people that are there the bigger the message.

The Ginch Who Stole Baseball
Every Who Down in Lynn Liked the North Shore Spirit a lot...
But the Grinch in City Hall, Did NOT!
The Grinch hated the Spirit ! The whole Baseball season!
Now, please don't ask why. No one quite knows the reason.
It could be his head wasn't screwed on just right.
It could be, perhaps, that his shoes were too tight.
But I think that the most likely reason of all,
May have been that his heart was two sizes too small.
Whatever the reason, His heart or his shoes,
He stood there in City Hall during baseball season hating the Spirit,
Staring down from City Hall with a sour, Grinchy frown,
At the beautiful baseball field in their town.
For he knew every fan down in Fraser Field beneath,
Was busy now, cheering the Spirit with Nick.
"And they're having fun!" he snarled with a sneer,
"It’s baseball again and the North Shore Spirit is here!"
Then he growled, with his Grinch fingers nervously drumming,
"I MUST find some way to stop baseball from coming!"
For next spring, he knew, all the Lynn girls and boys,
Would wake bright and early. They'd dash to Fraser Field!
And then! Oh, FUN! FUN!
Fun! Fun! Fun!
That's one thing he hated! The Fun!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!!!!

I don't know how to make pictures to with it but I'll let you make them for me. Make Nick Lopardo look like Jolly St. Nick and Chip look like the grinch & Chip HAS to be wearing running shorts :)
