The Spirit got rained out tonight but there was plenty to follow around the league:
SUSSEX LOST AGAIN! 7-1 to Quebec, which I believe the streak at 19.
BATTLE FOR THE PLAYOFFS
Nashua 10, New Haven 2: this reduces the Spirit's magic # in the race for best overall record, and keeps Nashua in the 'lead' for the 4th playoff spot
Rox 9, Jackals 6 - F/11: The Rox scored 6 in the 11th to win the game. This puts the Jackals behind in the battle for the last playoff spot and secures the Rox' hold of 3rd
Quebec's win ties them with Nashua for 4th.
Worcester was rained out, so they fell 1/2 game behind
So, to present it graphically:
NAS/ QUE : Tied
WOR -0.5
NJJ -1.0

At what point do the Suckass Shychiefs own the record for most games lost consecutively in a season?.
Already do- it was 11 (grays)
Where was I?
Nobody tells me nuthin'.......
canamleague.com/records i believe is where it's at. i looked it up earlier
I can't get my head around how Suckass played SO WELL at the beginning of the Year, and now are , well.. what they are now.
Have they made that many roster (not lineup) changes that they are a different team?.
Befuddles my sensibilities.
Ya,how could they have went from high up on a seemingly untuchable pedistal to the bottomless pit they're in now? It's just sad. Either the rest of the league figured them out,the roster moves they made screwed them over eventually, or everything just went wrong for these players.
Well,on the plus side,I think that THAT new record is safe. ^_^
