The Can-Am League announced today that the contract of Nashua Pride catcher Tommy Rojas was sold to the Washington Nationals. He is the second Pride player sold to a major league team (Jamie Baker – San Diego Padres) since the end of the 2006 season and the fifth overall league player.
...so....... maybe Rojas will get cut after Spring Training, and will sign with the Spirit? It's not out of the realm of possibility...

The Nats are thin at catcher now, esp. with Rule V pick from Mets. I may end up seeing Rojas in Potomac this April, as I expect last year's starter to go to AA this year.
This is great info to know.
